Mrs. June Knott Wood, age 79, of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away on Monday, June 14, 2021. She was born on August 13, 1941 in Newnan, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Jack and Rachel Hinesly Knott.
Mrs. Wood is survived by her daughter, Natalie Wood Wills; granddaughter, Darian Paris; and great-grandchildren, Zayden Pace and Paris Frazier.
Mrs. Wood is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Larry Rudolph “Rudy” Wood and brother, Ronnie Knott.
The funeral arrangements for Mrs. June Knott Wood will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at two o’clock in the afternoon in the chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Benefield officiating. Interment will follow in the Northview Cemetery.
The family of Mrs. Wood will receive family and friends on Saturday, June 19, 2021 from twelve o’clock in the afternoon until the funeral service hour at the Gammage Funeral Home.
The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Christian Summerville, Matthew Wills, Jimmy Paris, and Jeffrey Casey.
