Mr. Larry Donald “Don” Johnson, age 64, of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away on Friday, August 13, 2021 peacefully after an extended illness. He was born on August 26, 1956 in Macon, Georgia. He was the son of the late Raymon E. Johnson and Martha Trinis Chapman Johnson.
Mr. Johnson is survived by his son, Josh Johnson; daughter, Allison Cates (Ben); Grandy’s precious grandson, Levi Cates; brother, Mike Johnson; sisters, Elaine Wright, Barbara English, Julie Johnson, Ginger Allen and Sherri Jelinek and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mr. Johnson is preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and three sisters.
The funeral arrangements for Mr. Larry Donald “Don” Johnson will be held on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at two o’clock in the afternoon from the chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Fetkenhour and Rev. Roger Hutchins officiating. Interment will follow in the Polk Memory Gardens Cemetery.
The family of Mr. Johnson will receive family and friends on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 from six o’clock in the evening until eight o’clock in the evening at Gammage Funeral Home.
