The moms running Sanity Coffee Company in Cedartown finally got a chance to slow down for a few minutes and celebrate the opening of their physical location back in the spring.
The Polk County Chamber of Commerce gathered with owners Jessica Ellington and Halie Parker for their ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday morning as the pair got to finally take a break and enjoy their new building, and joining the Chamber of Commerce.
Along with the ribbon cutting, the Chamber also hosted their Coffee & Connections morning event, giving local business owners the opportunity to network over a cup of joe (maybe not their first of the morning) from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.
Sanity Coffee Company on Rockmart Highway is open Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturdays 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Online ordering is also an option, as well as drive thru pickups.
