Looking for an opportunity to get vaccinated, but haven’t had a chance because of timing?

Then take part next week in a combined effort between the school district and Floyd Polk Medical Center to ensure the community is getting their shots for COVID-19 vaccination, including students ages 12 and up.

From the district’s Facebook page:

Polk School District and Live Well Polk will be hosting a community vaccine clinic on Monday, May 24th, at the Polk County College and Career Academy, Cedartown Campus. The clinic is open to anyone ages 12 and up. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent present.

If you received your first dose at the community clinic on May 3rd, this clinic would be for your second dose of the vaccine.
