Mrs. Darlene Troy Shaw Strickland, age 61 of Rainsville, Alabama, passed away on Friday, April 2, 2021. She was born on August 29, 1959 in Calhoun, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Charlie and Eunice Shaw.
Mrs. Strickland is survived by her loving husband, Larry Strickland; daughters, Crystal Studdard and Rebecca Strickland; son, Jeremy Studdard; step-sons, Larry Stickland, Jr. and Jamie Strickland; sister, Charlene Shaw; several grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Strickland is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Laney Shaw.
In keeping with Mrs. Strickland’s wishes she was cremated. The family will hold a private memorial service at a later time.
