Mr. James Daniel O’Kelley, age 59 of Rockmart, passed away Monday, January 2, 2023.
Mr. O’Kelley was born June 1, 1963 in East Point, son of James Harvey O’Kelley and the late Jane Carnes O’Kelley. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and was a self-employed carpenter.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Dylan and Dixie O’Kelley of Douglasville; daughter and son-in-law, Taylor and Zack Prater of Charlotte, North Carolina; father, James Harvey O’Kelley of Woodstock; brother, Jason O’Kelley of Ellijay; and two grandchildren, Isaiah O’Kelley and Rose O’Kelley.
A celebration of life for Mr. O’Kelley will be held at a later date.
Freeman Harris Funeral Home is in charge of the memorial arrangements for Mr. James Daniel O’Kelley.
