Mr. Benny Wayne Brumit, age 67, of Cedartown, Ga., passed away on Thursday, October 12, 2023.
Mr. Brumit was born on August 18, 1956, to the late Mr. Buel Brumit and Mrs. Athlen Vinson. Benny had a servant’s heart, touching as many souls as possible and spending as much time as possible with his family.
He was a talented Musician playing in a band with his brothers and writing many of the songs he played.
Mr. Brumit is preceded by his father, Beul Brumit; stepfather, George Vinson; and many other family members.
Surviving are his children, Jake Wade Brumit, Samatha Rayanne Brumit, and Daren Blake Brumit; grandchildren, Micah Zain Preston, Kyler Wade Brumit, and Jayleigh Gianna Brumit; Mother Athlen Vinson; siblings, Barbara Buchanan, Doug Brumit, Wesley Brumit, and Calvin Brumit. Many other nieces, nephews, and extended family members also survive Benny.
In keeping with Benny’s wishes, he will be cremated, and a private family memorial service will be held at a later time.
