May is National Foster Care Awareness Month, and the Polk County Commission honored those locally who offer their homes and hearts to youth who need families with a proclamation during the Commission’s work session on Tuesday, May 7, 2024.
Commissioner Linda Liles read the proclamation into the record and honored families and officials with copies following a ceremony on Tuesday evening.
