A husband-and-wife team of contractors now have a new office space for clients to come and visit, and the Chamber celebrated with their family during a ceremony on Tuesday afternoon.
Lindsey and Jereme Kent, the co-owners of Roof Works, have been residents of Rockmart for the past 10 years but finally decided to open up shop in a new location at 110 Catherine Court in Rockmart.
They held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday afternoon as the Chamber of Commerce introduced their new office space to the community, located at 110 Catherine Court in Rockmart.
The Kents have been in the construction business for decades in one form or another, but only in recent years became owners of their own contracting company.
Both previously had a contracting business but reopened their doors under Roof Works in recent years to provide a variety of services, not just roof work. They do gutter work, commercial contracting work and more as GAF certified contractors.
Those needing roofing work specifically can choose from a variety of options including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and Commercial TPO for low slope roofs. Their gutter works spans from installation and repair to cleaning and replacement, and their commercial and residential services also include installation of acoustic ceilings and many other services.
