The home owned by Dave and Tina Lindsey on North Piedmont Avenue is one of the several stops for those who participated in the 2023 Rockmart Tour of Homes for the holidays. Here’s the full history they provided for this year’s tour:
This beautiful home has been renovated by Dave and Tina Lindsey. The home has a large inviting front porch with a glass paned front door.
Inside the house there is a large open foyer with an open formal dining room and living room separated partially by back to back fireplaces.
The kitchen is in the center of the home with beautiful cabinetry designed and built by Dave.
The home which was built in the late 1800’s, based on the type of materials and construction methods, has 12 foot ceilings with ornate trim work in each room.
This year’s Rockmart Tour of Homes organized by the Rotary Club of Polk County raised money for the Murphy-Harpst Children’s Center in Polk County.
