The Polk School District announced this evening that a vigil will be held to honor a student who passed away over the weekend.
The student-organized vigil is being held to honor Braydon Ellis, a Rockmart High School Junior who passed away on Saturday.
The District posted a note about the vigil and asked for the community’s support and prayers for Ellis’ family and the RHS faculty and student body during this time of grief.
The vigil is set to begin at 7 p.m.
