Mrs. Andrea Rayfield Franklin, age 66 of Charlotte, North Carolina, passed away peacefully at home Friday, March 4, 2022.
Mrs. Franklin was born October 23, 1955 in Belmont, North Carolina, daughter of the late John Rayfield and the late Jacqueline Huggins Rayfield.
She attended Sacred Heart Catholic School, and Belmont High School. After graduation she was employed by Bache Securities and trained as a commodity futures broker, and worked with Denny Franklin, her husband of forty-one years.
Andrea had lots of friends and loved to entertain them. Her motto was “If you want to have a friend, you have to be a friend”.
Survivors include her husband, Cecil D. “Denny” Franklin of Charlotte, NC.
Funeral graveside and interment services for Mrs. Franklin will be held Tuesday, March 8, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in Rose Hill Cemetery of Rockmart with Rev. Edward Murrey officiating.
