Mr. Paul Lynn Carter, age 73 of Cumming, Georgia, passed away Tuesday, October 13, 2020.
Mr. Carter was born January 12, 1947, in Rome, Georgia, to the late James Jefferson & Olive Lively Carter, and was also preceded in death by a brother Jerry N. Carter and sister Judy Carter Spears. Paul worked 25 years for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation as Deputy Director until his retirement in 1993.
Surviving are his Nephews Kirk Spears and Bryan & Kristie Spears, Great Nieces & Nephew Isabella Spears, Adeline Spears, Sophie Spears and Elliott Spears.
A Memorial Graveside service will be held Sunday, October 18, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. from the Northview Cemetery with Rev. Kirk Spears and Mr. Harry Coursey officiating.
