Mrs. Lisa Jacobs Smith, age 57, of Cedartown, GA passed away Friday, August 11, 2023 in a Rome, GA medical center.
Lisa was born in Rockmart, GA on February 26, 1966 a daughter of the late C.W. Jacobs and the late Sudie Mae Duncan Jacobs Cumbaa.
She had been a lifelong resident of Polk County and was of the Holliness faith. Lisa loved spending time with her family and singing.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three sisters: Brenda Smith, Effie Messick and Hellen Letson and a stillborn grandson, Baby Hoskins.
Survivors include a son, Jeffrey Hoskins; a daughter, Crystal Streetman; two grandchildren: Alaia Hoskins and Nathan Hoskins; a sister, Lillie Jacobs Proctor; three brothers: Richard Jacobs, Charles Jacobs and Donald Jacobs all of Cedartown. A number of nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at 3:00 pm in the chapel of the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Lawson officiating. Interment will follow in the Northview Cemetery, Cedartown.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 1:00 pm until the funeral hour at 3:00 pm at the funeral home.
