Polk Today provides this weekly feature promoting dogs and cats up for adoption at the Cedartown Polk County Humane Society. Please consider providing these pets a loving home or tell those who might be interested about their availability.
Tux
Tux is a very handsome little fella that just turned 8 weeks old. He is a domestic short hair, weighs about 2.5 pounds, and is hoping to find his fur ever home soon. He’s quite playful and always has a sweet purr going on.

As with all of our cats and kittens, Tux has been tested for FIV and Feline leukemia, vaccinated appropriate for age, neutered, and microchipped. Microchip registration is included in the adoption fee. All our pets are given flea and heartworm preventatives monthly.
Romeo and Juliette
Meet Romeo and Juliette, sweet little brother and sister. They are just over 8 weeks old and weigh a little over 3 lbs. Their mother is a Pomeranian and dad is a Beagle (we think). We don’t believe they will be very large when grown. They appear to have medium hair but their mother is a Pomeranian so the hair may grow longer.
