Mark that calendar for October 7 as the Homespun Festival returns after a three-year hiatus to historic downtown Rockmart.
The event being organized by the Rockmart Downtown Development Authority brings back vendors, entertainment and much more. The deadline to apply as a vendor is coming up tomorrow, so those who haven’t gotten in their applications should do so immediately.
The 43rd Homespun will also include the parade through downtown on Saturday morning.
