Mr. Roger Clayton Gibson, age 78 of Rockmart, passed away Friday, November 11, 2022.
Mr. Gibson was born May 12, 1944 in Riverdale, Maryland, son of the late Robert Elmer Gibson and the late Mildred Walker Gibson.
He was a self-employed real estate agent for 30+ years and a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church of Marietta. After retirement, he enjoyed taking cruises.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Gibson Holdridge; and a brother, Daniel Gibson.
Survivors include his wife, Linda of Rockmart; and a nephew, Ken Skorepa and his wife Kelly of Ohio.
Funeral graveside and interment services for Mr. Gibson will be held Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the Rockmart Memorial Gardens with Rev. Clynton Cornwell officiating.
