Mr. Robert Clarence Wallace, age 74, of Winston, GA, passed away Friday, January 26, 2024.
Mr. Wallace was born in Atlanta, GA on July 19, 1949, a son of the late Clarence Wallace and Chestine Garmon Wallace.
Robert had lived the greater part of his life in the Douglas and Carroll County area where he was paint contractor.
He loved golf, westerns, and old cars. Mr. Wallace was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Rebecca Stephens.
Robert is survived by his wife of thirty-eight years, Linda Jobe Wallace; son, Kent (Kelly) Wallace; daughter, Pamela (Jesse) Haygood; step-sons, Brandon (Jennifer) Baker, and Beau Baker; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brother, Alvin (Charlotte) Wallace; sister, Gail Farr; and several nieces and nephews.
In keeping with his wishes, Mr. Wallace will be cremated, and private family services will be held at a later date.
