Mr. Paul Michael Vaughn, age 58 of Rockmart, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2022.
Mr. Vaughn was born October 4, 1963 in Boston, Massachusetts, son of the late Everett John Vaughn, Sr. and the late Dorothy Anne Gillis Vaughn.
Mr. Vaughn worked in Maintenance at the Glen Park Apartments. He was a handyman who loved working with his hands and could fix anything. He was also an avid NASCAR fan and had been since the 80s. Most of all, he loved his family, especially his grandkids.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Vaughn is preceded in death by two brothers, Everette John Vaughn, Jr. and Christopher Vaughn.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Vaughn; daughters, Amanda Kay Mantilla (Rashim), Melissa Anne Vaughn, and Cassie Rene Sims; brother, Timothy Vaughn; sisters, Lauren Baier, Tracey Bame, Kimberly Vaughn, Susan Verkins, and Robyn Shaw; and eight grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mr. Vaughn will be held Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of the Freeman Harris Funeral Home. In keeping with his wishes, he will be cremated following the service.
The family will receive friends at the Freeman Harris Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
