Mrs. Nancy A. Williams Miller Dyer, age 80 of Buchanan, passed away on Friday, January 1, 2021. She was born on December 9, 1940 in Cedartown, Georgia.
Mrs. Dyer is survived by her daughter, Rebecca A. Miller; sons, James H. Miller, Billy Joe Miller, and William John Edward Miller; grandchildren, Anna Morton Wade, Timothy Joe Miller, Marlena Davenport, Brittany Dyer, John Zachary Miller, and James Dakota Ellis Miller; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Dyer is preceded in death by her parents; first husband, John D. Miller; second husband, J.D. Dyer, Jr.; brother, Robert B. Williams; grandson, Joshua Ray Gaylor; and great-grandsons, Kaleb Miller and Trent Brooks.
The funeral service for Mrs. Nancy A. Williams Miller Dyer will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at two o’clock in the afternoon in chapel of the Gammage Funeral home with Rev. Kenny Teal officiating. Interment will follow at the Youngs Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family of Mrs. Dyer will receive family and friends on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 from six o’clock in the evening until nine o’clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.
In accordance with the guidelines and recommendations set forth by the CDC, social distancing guidelines will be in place as well as the use of masks highly recommended for all services provided for Mrs. Nancy Dyer.
