Mrs. Betty Ann Hill Dingler, age 85, of Cave Spring, GA, passed away on Thursday, September 16, 2021.
She was born on March 10, 1936, in Buchanan, GA. She was the daughter of the late James Floyd Hill, Sr. and Dovie Cox Hill.
Mrs. Dingler is survived by her daughter, Carla Dickinson (Eddie); sons, Chris Dingler, Scott Dingler (Hope), and Jimmy Dingler; sister, Margaret Shellnut; grandchildren, Randy Dingler, Chad Dingler, Alex Dingler (April), Barry Dingler, Joshua Meadows, and Tember Christopher; great-grandchildren, Brantley Dingler, Valerie Dingler, Anthony Dingler, Gavin Dingler, Ruth Ann Dingler, Matthew Dingler, Kaleb Cook, Avery Cook, Paisley Christopher, and Julianna Meadows; and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Dingler is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles R. Dingler; sisters, Evelyn Roberts, Katherine Reeves, and Glenda Saddler; brothers, Van Hill, Floyd Hill, Jr., Stewart Hill and Uhlan Hill; and special friend, Dennis “Lum” Jackson.
The funeral arrangements for Mrs. Betty Ann Hill Dingler will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at three o’clock in the afternoon in the chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Corey Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Polk Memory Gardens Cemetery.
The family of Mrs. Dingler will receive family and friends on Saturday, September 18, 2021 from one o’clock in the afternoon until the funeral hour at the Gammage Funeral Home.
