Noble H. Waters, age 86, of Aragon, GA, passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on August 12, 1934 in Aragon, GA, to his late parents; Russell and Ethel Wilson Waters. Noble was a lifelong resident of Polk County, GA. Mr. Waters was self-employed as a farmer for many years and was a faithful member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.
In his free time, Mr. Waters loved gardening, but most importantly he loved his family and getting to spend time with them. He especially enjoyed going to his grandchildren’s events and supporting them! Noble was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, great great-grandfather, uncle and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his 2 sisters: Jean Brumbelow, and Josephine Debenny, great-grandson, Landon Scott Sides and great-great grandson, Southern Hoyt Hill.
Mr. Waters is survived by his loving wife, Sue Dunn Waters of Aragon, GA, 4 children: Steve Waters and his wife, Jan of Aragon, GA, Ricky Waters of Aragon, GA, Judy Fennell of Aragon, GA, Cathy Graham and her husband, David of Aragon, GA, 8 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren and brother, Eugene Waters of Aragon, GA.
Graveside Services for Mr. Noble H. Waters will be held on Thursday, January 14, 2021at 3:00 PM at Aragon Cemetery with Rev. Danny Dunn officiating. Providing the music for the service will be Mr. Waters granddaughter, Miss Abby Fennell. Serving as pallbearers will be the following gentlemen: Shane Waters, Jason Waters, Chris Fennell, Hank Fennell, Kolby Quick and Eden Fennell.
