Mr. Gregory Gene “Gator” Hulsey, age 64 of Cedartown, passed away Sunday, January 31, 2021.
He was born July 23, 1956 in Rome, GA, son of the late Mr. James Waitsel and the late Mrs. Johnnie Sue Moss. He was a welder for Brandover, Inc. In his spare time, he loved cooking, drag racing, and watching videos on YouTube.
Mr. Hulsey is survived by his wife, Mrs. Liz Hulsey; children, Bubba and Buffey Hulsey of Rockmart, Ringo Hulsey of Cedartown, Susan and Richard Crawford of Rockmart, and Nancy Hulsey of Rockmart; and grandchildren, Dakota (Hambone), Nate (Nate the Snake), Lexi (Butterball), and Dom.
A memorial service for Mr. Hulsey will be held Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 3:00 PM from the chapel of the Freeman Harris Funeral Home with Brother Michael Edwards officiating.
The family will receive friends Saturday, February 6, 2021 from 1:00 PM until the service hour at 3:00 PM at Freeman Harris Funeral Home.
