Mr Andrew Thomas Carter is a graduate of Cedartown High School Class of 2021.
Carter, the son of John & Mary Ellen Carter, is entering the Armed Forces in the coming year.
Carter was a member of the CHS Marching Band, jazz band & FFA during his time in school.
Andrew, as we have watched you grow into the fine young man you have become today, I know you will succeed in what ever the future holds. Your heart & your determination has no limits.
