Want to have a fun movie night with the family? Make sure to head out Friday evening to Hilburn Field, bring some blankets to lay on and enjoy a viewing a recent Disney animated feature that is set to delight young and old alike.

“Encanto” will be shown for the 2022 Georgia Cities Week celebration in Rockmart, with the party set to start at 7 p.m.

Show time for the movie will begin at 8 p.m.

Admission is free, and the city will have music and popcorn prior to the start of the movie as well.

Hilburn Field, right behind the J.L. Ellis City Complex, can be found via mapping apps at 815 College St., Rockmart.

Friday’s celebration is part of an overall recognition for the city of Georgia Cities Week, which is celebrated this year April 24 through April 30.
