Heads up, Bulldog fans: Cedartown High School is putting on its inaugural Art Gala! On the evening of Saturday, March 12, the Cedartown Performing Arts Center will host over 200 works of art along the walls of the Skellenger Gallery.

The CHS Art Gala showcases the outstanding talents of current visual arts students, as well as the work of CHS alumni.

The gallery is open to all forms of art ranging from the most abstract to solid works of glass and pottery. Guests of the Gala will have the unique opportunity to purchase art and meet the artists.

In addition, the CHS visual arts program is extending invitations to any CHS almuni a chance to display their work in the Skellenger Gallery. Entry to display work for the Gala is free of charge, and artists are welcome to either sell their work or list it as NFS (not for sale). Gallery fees will be donated to support the Cedartown High School visual arts program.

The CHS Art Gala is open to the public, and begins at 7 PM on March 12. Donations are accepted, but not required for entry. Details for registering to the Gala are included below.

Details for registering can be found below and alternative arrangements can be made for dropping off the artwork. Limited display cases are available for works.
