Jerry Ewayne Blackwood, age 68 born April 24, 1954, in Etowah County, Alabama to Raymond and Grace Brothers Blackwood (both who preceded him in death), passed away Saturday, May 7, 2022.
He was an honest hard-working man. He was good hearted and always tried to help everyone. He was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are the mother of his children, Barbara Kirby Blackwood; his children, Pennie Lane Alred, Jacob Wesley Ewayne Blackwood and Kristy Elaine Jones; his grandchildren, Christopher, Eric, Kelly, Veronica, Tamera, Hayley, Merissa, Elijah, Layla, Logan, Kaeden and Xaiden; great-grandchildren, Sage, Xaiden, Elizabeth, Jonathan and Zaura; and brothers and sisters, Mary, James, Ricky and Marilan.
Freeman Harris Funeral Home is in charge of the memorial arrangements for Jerry Ewayne Blackwood.
