Just a few years ago, Isabella Hartline was recording and releasing her own music for people to enjoy. Now the Cedartown teen is re-releasing one of those singles as she seeks to shine under the spotlight of the worldwide stage.

Now 16, Hartline kicks off the New Year bringing back a her heartfelt tunes she released during some of the toughest times of the COVID-19 pandemic along with “Love’s Still Here” in her own effort to help inspire and encourage people in 2020 and 2021.

Private Label Artists signed Hartline to a record deal and are re-releasing “Free” to the public and to national and international radio stations coming up on Monday, February 5. During the summer of 2023, Hartline was in a Nashville recording studio to cut a new version of “Free” along with another song at Star Struck and Blackbird studios. She wrote the song with Nashville singer/songwriter Sarah Morey.

“I met Sarah about two years ago and we immediately hit it off. The next
thing I knew, we had this song written,” Hartline said in a release about “Free” hitting the airwaves in the coming days.

“This song is a personal journey of mine, learning that God has a plan and trusting that I’m never alone,” she also said in the release about the song’s inspiration. “It was important for me to release this song first so that it can be an encouragement to everyone who hears it. Life is full of hardships and struggles, but you don’t have to go through it by yourself.”

She got to work with some big names in the field: Grammy-award winning engineer and producer Ben Fowler and Joel Key, Producer and Session Leader of Nashville’s most sought after studio musicians through her deal with Private Label Artists. It’ll be her first official single on country radio globally, but won’t be her last.

Per the release provided about the February 5 re-release of “Free,” she’s been hard at work in the studio and new material will be coming out throughout the rest of 2024.

Despite her continued success, she remains a hometown girl who keeps up her grades and plays volleyball while managing a burgeoning career where she hopes to take center stage.
