Mark the calendar and make sure to get your youngsters out to Victory Baptist Church in Fish Creek after the start of the New Year for a Polk School District event for the start of the winter months.
The “Let’s Soar in 2024” event will be held at the church at 15 Hendrix Road on January 6, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and provide youth with the opportunities to replenish school supplies and hygiene products, get a free haircut, take home a new backpack and play games and win prizes.
