A trio were jailed on drug charges by Polk County Police after they went to the Crown Inn Motel on North Main Street in Cedartown to serve a warrant, per a report following a Friday night arrest.

Heather White Chirammal, 36, of 126 School Lane, Cedartown, Henry Albert Dingler, 57, of 816 N. Main St., Cedartown, and Gregory Franklin Hilyer, 50, of 843 Mountain Home Road, Cedartown, were all jailed on Friday night, May 14, around 9:20 p.m. when they arrived at the motel to serve an arrest warrant.

Police did not provide full details of the arrest, but indicated when they arrived they found the three with a quantity of marijuana, methamphetamine, scales, pipes and baggies.



Officers did not report how much meth and marijuana they found, but secured a search warrant to confiscate the items they took from the motel room.

Dingler remained in jail as of the lunch hour on charges of possession of methamphetamines, possession of methamphetamines with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, possession of drug related objects and a bench warrant.

Chirammal and Hilyer were also jailed on possession of methamphetamines, possession of methamphetamines with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, and possession of drug related objects.
