Rockmart Mayor Sherman Ross joins us on the long-delayed third episode of Season 2 of Talking Points on Polk Today to discuss projects underway and those coming in the future ahead for the city, along with other topics of import that are notable for local residents and visitors alike. 

This episode recorded earlier in the month includes an update about now-dearly departed City Manager Jeff Ellis, who died on Jan. 15 from complications caused by COVID-19. My heartfelt condolences remain with his family during their time of grief, and all those within the community who worked with Jeff over the years.

Also, I want to urge you all to take the opportunity to help out and volunteer for cleanups and more happening within the City of Rockmart.
