A special visitor was given the chance to tour around Rockmart High School and see how PSD is handling the pandemic during a morning stop.

State Superintendent Richard Woods came to RHS today to visit with administrators and staff while students were in class during the visit.

The Rockmart High School facebook page posted that “we appreciate his support and dedication to our schools. It’s a great day to be a Jacket!”

Woods has served as the State School Superintendent since he was first elected in 2014, and won a second term in 2018.
