
Those who have been waiting to go see a loved one who is being held in the Polk County Jail will be able to do so in-person again start on April 5.
The announcement came on Tuesday, March 30 from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page. They will still provide mobile visitations online three days a week for $9.50 per 25 minute session.
Visitation will be allowed one day a week and is free of charge.
Those who want to visit a loved one will need to ensure they have a valid ID on their person, and have previously registered with the Sheriff’s Office.
