Keeping up an annual tradition, the City of Aragon invited Santa Claus to stop by and see the kids, and hand out some toys ahead of the Christmas holiday this weekend.

Santa came to city hall on December 19 to share the joy of the holiday and take photos with youngsters as one of the final events of the season in Polk County.

City officials were on hand providing some light refreshments to families who stopped by as well, along with some gifts that were provided to the youngsters who got to take photos with Santa.

Not all were excited to see St. Nick, but got to take home a gift no matter what their stance is on sitting with Santa for a photo.
