A man was arrested on warrants by police on Wednesday morning after he was found in the area of Prospect Road in the woods, according to police.
911 received an anonymous call that Jesse Aaron Hallmark was sleeping in the woods near a Prospect Road home and had warrants for his arrest. Polk County Police Officers arrived around 11:30 a.m. and went around 200 feet into wood line and found him and a female sleeping.
Police woke up Hallmark and told him to roll onto his stomach and placed him under arrest without any further incident.
He was taken onward through the woods and to the Polk County Jail around 1 p.m., where he remained without bond set.
He was charged with a failure to appear warrant, along with intruding on railroad tracks and obstructing law enforcement officers.
Those charges stemmed from an incident earlier in the month involving Hallmark and Taylor Marie Cason.
Hallmark had gotten away from officers at the time during the July 10 incident, hence the previous warrants for his arrest on the obstruction and intruding on railroad tracks charges.
