Want to show off your virtual driving skills and have a chance to win a movie experience in the VIP room at West Cinema? This Saturday is your chance.

The downtown Cedartown theater is hosting their first ever Mario Cart tournament this coming Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and the public is free to come and watch without having to pay for entry. Those who want to play will need to pay a $10 entry fee to have the chance to win the VIP room.

The tournament is 16 rounds, with four players per round and winner take all. The game, controllers and console are provided, along with wireless and HDMI connections.

Best behavior is expected from participants and the crowd, along with social distancing guidelines. No food or drink is allowed from outside as well, but concessions will be open for those who get hungry or thirsty.
