Polk County Fair opens five days of fun on Wednesday night in Cedartown

2021 edition of the fair returns tonight with concerts, Lamb Show on tap

The Exchange Club of Cedatown welcomed the public back to the Polk County Fairgrounds in Cedartown on Wednesday night open up an annual tradition put on hold in 2020, and returns this year to crowds looking to have a good time or enjoy one of the club’s famous footlong hotdogs.

The Miss Polk County Fair pageant and music from Crosspoint City Church kicked off events on Wednesday evening, and tonight’s fun continues with concerts and the Lamb Show on tap for the schedule.

Fairgoers have a chance to enjoy rides, good food and musical entertainment this evening when they head to the fairgrounds when it opens at 5 p.m., and will remain open until 10 p.m.

Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for youth, and with tonight’s promotion of Senior Night with free admission for senior citizens available as well.

Armbands for rides are $25 each.
