No injuries were reported and only minimal damage was done to the roof of the SunTrust building in downtown Rockmart today.

Rockmart Fire chief Todd Queen said that firefighters have already contained the fire that is believed to have begun when work was being completed on the roof. He said the incident was an accidental fire.

He said everyone was out of the building located at 500 East Elm Street in Rockmart. The building house offices and a church.

Clean up operations are now underway.
