The Rehman family was back out with contractor Greg Brown and local officials in Aragon for a celebration as New Prospect Place is finally ready for renters.

There’s a few final touches left to complete at the new duplex community in Aragon on New Prospect Road, such as some landscaping, mailboxes to setup and a small play area and a place for residents to grill out with one another.

Yet the rentals are now open for New Prospect Place for two and three bedroom units that are brand new and full of features.

The latest development mirrors what has already been built in Aragon right around the corner on Prospect Road, and what will be coming in Cedartown when work is completed in the coming months.

Brown said these units contain all brand new features, stone-styled countertops, two bathrooms and laundry hookups inside of the two story units. The units are priced to be affordable for rental and Integrity Realty is taking applications.
