The Polk County Republican Party now has a new website available online for all to access.

Polkcountygagop.org was launched in the past month to the public, the new online face of the party that has seen a change in leadership earlier in the year with new chair Janet Ross installed in late April.

The site provide information about the local party leadership, elected officials for Polk County, ways to become a Polk County Republican Party member, how to volunteer, information about upcoming events and how to register to vote.

Those interested can attend the next Polk County GOP meeting scheduled for August 7 at the Cherokee Country Club in Cedartown at 9 a.m.
