Mrs. Myra Nell Jones, age 87, of Nauvoo, Alabama, passed away on Monday, October 2, 2023, at Walker Baptist Medical Center.

Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her father, Walter Tanner; mother, Stella Campbell Tanner; first husband, Carl Holtzclaw; second husband, Ed Jones; and brother, Hugh Tanner.

Mrs. Jones is survived by her daughter, Carlene Nichols Crider; sons, Tony Nichols and Michael Barton; brother, Donald Tanner; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family of Mrs. Jones will receive friends on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home in Jasper, Alabama.

A graveside services will be Friday, October 6, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Northview Cemetery in Cedartown, GA with Mr. Joseph Crider officiating.
