Mrs. Barbara Cottrill-Corn, age 74 of Powder Springs, passed away Saturday, June 5, 2021.
She was born March 15, 1947 in Boston, Massachusetts, daughter of the late Joseph Edmond Stillman and the late Lillian Burge Smith. She worked as a secretary at Day’s Chevrolet. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include: son, Anthony Hitchcock of Acworth; daughters and sons-in-law, Tammy and Austin Edmonds of Cartersville and Lisa and Joseph Weldy of Acworth; grandchildren, Toni Nicole Hitchcock, Desirée Rebecca Ware, Tyler David Weldy, Bryson James Ray Weldy, and two other grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
A memorial service for Mrs. Cottrill-Corn will be held Saturday, June 12, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. from the chapel of the Freeman Harris Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday prior to the service from 12:00 P.M. until the memorial hour.
