Mr. Stanley Van Thompson, age 66 of Cedartown, Georgia passed away Friday April 23, 2021.
Stanley Thompson was born September 24, 1954 in Cedartown to the late Rev. Ernest Thompson and Molly Newton Thmpson.
Surviving are his wife of 36 year Mimi Williams Thompson, Brother Keith Thompson, his fur baby “Pepper”, Father & Mother in law M. & Mrs. Ronnie Williams, brother in law Reggie & Tina Williams, Nephews Josh Thompson, Justin Thompson, Tylar Williams and Jake Williams.
Funeral services for Stanley Thompson will be conducted Tuesday April 27, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Lester Litesey Funeral Home with Dr. DeWayne New officiating and interment will follow in the Northview Cemetery with Rev. Phillip Drake officiating. The family will receive friend Monday April 26, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Lester Litesey Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Johnny Lefevers, Mike Lefevers, Jerry Swanson, Tony Mitchel, Dallas Whorton. Honorary Pallbearer will be Ted Smith, Freddy Giles, Bobby Arrington & Sammy Parnell.
