Mr. Jack Jerome Kirkpatrick, age 71 of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2021.

Mr. Kirkpatrick was born December 31, 1949 in Polk County to the late Jeff A. & Lila Kirkpatrick Sr., and was also preceded in death by brothers Fred Kirkpatrick  and Jeff A. Kirkpatrick Jr., Sisters Margarite Clark and Frances Waters. Jack was a long time member of the First Baptist Church. Jack began working for many years in law enforcement and was Sheriff of Polk County from 1985 until 1992 and also served in the United States Army.

Surviving are his son Josh & Lacey Kirkpatrick, Brothers Russell & Peggy Kirkpatrick, Clyde & Glenda Kirkpatrick, Paul & Sue Kirkpatrick, Don Kirkpatrick and Joe & Audrey Kirkpatrick, sisters Dorothy Fincher, and Martha Ann Varner, Grandson Koby Kirkpatrick and a number of nieces and nephews also surviving.
