KPB, Fenley TV team up again for Electronics Recycling Day in late August

This coming Saturday, Keep Polk Beautiful and Fenley TV are coming together again to help ensure that electronic waste doesn’t end up in landfills or out in the natural settings across the county in a recycling event.

Gather together your e-waste and bring it to 549 1/2 West Ave., Cedartown to Fenley TV to dispose of it safely from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The recycling even will be taking the following items: old or broken computers, telephones, monitors, pagers, CD-Rom units, cable receivers, circuit boards, stereo equipment, fax machines, copiers, VCR players, typewriters, cell phones, printers, calculators, modems, answering machines, speakers, TVs, keyboards, cameras, video game systems, floppy drives, scrap metals, microwaves, appliances, and other circuit board-based items.

For more information, contact Randy Cook 678-246-1083 or email rcook@cedartowngeorgia.gov.
