Mr. Harry Fry, age 77, of Rockmart, GA, passed away on Monday, February 26, 2024.
Harry was born on April 13, 1946 in Rockmart, GA and was the son of the late Mr. William J. Fry and Mrs. Lillian Hooper Fry.
He lived all his life in Rockmart and was Baptist by faith. Mr. Fry had retired from Engineered Fabrics after 45 years of dedicated work.
He enjoyed working with his hands, computer work, watching tv and spending time with his two grandsons who he loved dearly.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters: Margaret Stone Bowllen Mary Fry and Peggy Bowman; brothers: Benny Fry and Douglas Fry and brothers-in-law: Gerald Phillips and Willie Bowman.
Mr. Fry is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Lillian Bray Fry; son, Duane (Christine) Fry; grandsons: Matthew Fry and Johnathan (Andrea) Fry; great-granddaughter, Bella Fry; sister, Nancy Phillips and several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral Services for Mr. Harry Fry will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at 2:00 PM in the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Phil Bray officiating. Interment will follow the service at Rose Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 from 1:00 PM until the service hour.
