Some 16 months after opening in Cedartown, Georgia Jump Zone decided to call it quits with an announcement on their Facebook page on Monday.
Indoor inflatables were part of the fun at the Georgia Jump Zone that was open next door to Dollar General Market in Cedartown, but after opening April 2022 they announced that August 27, 2023 was their last day in business in the following post:
Georgia Jump Zone has decided that today was the last open day. We aren’t native to Cedartown, but we have lived here for several years. We wanted to add to this community that we call home and create a safe and fun place for families to bring their children and make memories. We made this business with our own children in mind. We never wanted to take business from anybody else. We have always just wanted to be a positive place within the community. With that being said, owning a small business in this economy is incredibly difficult. Many are struggling right now. Please support local small businesses so that Cedartown can continue to be a great place to live.
Thank you to all who were regulars and those who hosted birthday parties with us. We recognize many of your faces and appreciate you all. Thank you again, sincerely.
The indoor inflatable park offered a family friendly atmosphere to play for youth.
