A night out in Peek Park was just the thing for some local residents to beat the heat for the latest Summer Concert Series performance in Peek Park.

This month, The Band Deluxe took the stage and provided stylings of blues and southern rock during the July 8 event that included food trucks like Rudy’s, the fountains turned on for youth to enjoy during the evening and opportunities for young and old to dance the night away.

The Peek Park Summer Concert Series is an annual trio of concerts (providing the weather cooperates) put on by the City of Cedartown during the summer months. Here’s some coverage from the June concert (in case you missed it.)

August’s show is coming up on the 19th and features the Trent Avery Band.
