All dolled up and ready to go to the arena, cattle and their handlers were at the Polk County Fairgrounds for the 2023 Cattle Show.

Several age groups took part in the Saturday, September 16 event, but the photos below are from the peewee level of cattle show participants who came to town to take part in the annual event.

The Cattle Show has grown over the years in Polk County, to the point that it established its own weekend at the Fairgrounds in recent years instead of being held during the fair.
