FHF Hair Design kept up its tradition of helping students look their best before heading to class with the annual event held at the Cedartown salon this past week.
On Tuesday, July 27, FHF Hair Design owner Hal Floyd invited youth and their parents into the salon for their 11th annual Back 2 School Free Haircuts at the salon in Cedartown – located at 305 Main St.
Along with haircuts, youth and parents got the chance to utilize a free clothing closet setup outside, enjoy free food and students got to take home some school supplies during the event.
In total, Floyd said the salon gave 175 students a haircut before they head back to school on August 3.
School supplies were collected thanks to community donations.
